Taylor’s 800 Series has a long history of offering richly voiced 12-string guitars, dating back to the 1970s when artists like Neil Young began playing them for their comfortable feel and shimmering tone. With the 854ce, players can experience the signature 12-string sound in a package that offers truly unmatched playability thanks to the accommodating Grand Auditorium body shape and built-in radius-style armrest. This model features a solid Sitka spruce top paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, with V-Class bracing inside to dial up more volume and long, blooming sustain. The result is a balanced, adaptable tone profile with warm lows, pristine trebles and a robust overtone response.

The slender neck profile offers a remarkably relaxed fretting feel, while the rosewood armrest provides a smooth surface for your strumming arm. Sleek, striking visual appointments include Element fretboard inlays in mother-of-pearl, a green abalone rosette, maple binding and a rosewood pickguard. It ships with ES2 electronics and a deluxe hardshell case.
